In 2006, the founder, Manabu Hashimoto, founded GAKU Restaurant in Sapporo, and in 2021, he opened Parfaiteria PaL, a Shinchi specialty store that is only open at night, to satisfy the desire for sweets after dinner.
Later, in order to allow customers to buy fresh cakes from Parfaiteria 24 hours a day, a new series of Parfaiteria beL "Vending Machine x Canned Cakes" was launched.
It is said that the inspiration was "even if you get drunk, you are not afraid of the cake being deformed by collision", and it became an instant hit after its release, becoming a new craze in Japan.
